CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking, a card is required to put on file to avoid unnecessary no-shows or last minute cancellations. If you no-show, reschedule, or cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the start of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of services booked. *There is a 5-10 minute grace period for late clients.* If you are late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the cancellation fee.
